WOOD PELLET

What is Pellet Fuel?

Pellet fuel is a type of renewable heating fuel made from compressed biomass materials.  The most common form is wood pellets, which are typically produced from compacted sawdust and other wood waste generated by sawmills and wood product manufacturing.

Wood pellets are available in various types and grades and are widely used as eco-friendly fuel for electric power plants, residential heating systems, and industrial applications. Because pellets are extremely dense and have a low moisture content (below 10%), they burn efficiently with high combustion performance and minimal emissions.

Their uniform shape and small size make wood pellets ideal for automatic feeding systems, such as auger feeders or pneumatic conveyors, which ensure consistent delivery to the burner.  Thanks to their high density, pellets can be stored compactly and transported efficiently over long distances.  They can even be delivered directly from a tanker truck into a customer's storage silo or bunker, providing a clean, convenient, and sustainable energy solution.
